A holistic movement approach is beneficial as it relieves pain, facilitates a functional system and restores effortless movement. The journey to self-discovery is a creative process experienced through the rich process of learning, it is through the learning about the self a profound embodiment can take place, accelerating the connection to the sense of self, a mature self.

About de Saint Amour

Nicolette is a somatic movement practitioner, who has worked for the last decade studying the life of the body through its bio energetic process. She is student of jiu jitsu, herbalist and trainee of the Feldenkrais Method. Having this diverse and rich background has helped her harness the skill of body reading. In her somatic sessions she links the relationship and interplay of the physical body, emotions and thinking.

It is through these combined modalities of an awareness explored via subtle easy movement she has been able to help others connect with their body as continuum of pulsatory and streaming currents, an excitatory ocean.
